Position Overview
As a Front Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service from the moment they reach out to us. You’ll manage the front office operations, maintain records, and help keep our shop running like a well-oiled machine.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Answer incoming calls, greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude, and assist with inquiries.
- Appointment Management: Schedule and manage appointments efficiently to keep the workflow organized.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate customer files, repair orders, and payment records.
- Communication: Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure a smooth service experience.
- Office Maintenance: Keep the front desk area clean and organized.
- Administrative Support: Assist with invoicing, billing, and other clerical tasks as needed.
